I am afraid of height. And a big coward with lotsa other fear.
Especially when we get older, experiences taught us that there are more things to fear from, to worry about, and to take care of.
Unknown creates fear.
The best way to overcome fear is to face it, get close to it, learn it good enough until you find ways to solve the problems. Then you'll find it not that scary. The first step out is the hardest, and it is always easier said than done. But what you need to do is just to go for that very first step.
A very good reminder for you, ding-a-yan.
